Deposit & Cancellation Policy- for RRL A 25% deposit is due at booking. The balance will be charged upon arrival. Deposits are fully refundable for reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the deposit, unless we are able to rebook the room. For Christmas Reservations; December 18- January 4 at The River Rock Lodge (3 night minimum stay for RRL rooms required from 12/18-1/4) A 25% deposit is due at booking. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are fully refundable for reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the full payment, unless we are able to rebook the room.
